Oleaf’s farming process is executed under the guidance of expert Israeli Consultants. We use world-class technology such as Aqua 4D, Drip irrigation by Rivulus on our plantations.
The end-to-end process along with a state of the art manufacturing unit enables great quality products for consumers across the globe.
Sustainable practices have been at the forefront of Oleaf Herbal. We use renewable Solar Energy which is harvested using multiple solar panels on our farm. This is used to sustain our farming and manufacturing activities.
From Tree to Tea – how our olive leaf teas are made
Olive leaves are sourced from our plantations in Rajasthan, India.
Our olive plants are grown with care and under expert supervision. When the plants are ready, the leaves are then handpicked. Fine, aromatic leaves, with a glistening green appearance are handpicked by our expert farmworkers. The size and aroma of each leaf matters.
These leaves are then washed in ozone water to remove dirt and impurities. The leaves are then ready to be crushed, curled and dried to make the tea. Drying temperatures are carefully monitored, so the leaves retain their health benefits, as well as their delicate flavours and aromas
After this, leaves are packed in pyramid tea bags and finally in individual Nitrogen-filled sachets to ensure maximum freshness, and health in each cup!
