Returns, Replacements, Refunds & Shipping Policy

This Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on www.oleafherbal.com, the official website of Oleaf Ventures Private Limited (“Oleaf”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on the website, you agree to this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and applicable laws.


1. Returns & Replacements

Return Window

Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including labels, seals, tags, and accessories

  • If original packaging is missing or damaged, the refund may be rejected or partially approved at Oleaf’s discretion

Quality Check & Transit Damage

All products undergo quality checks before dispatch. However, if a product is damaged during transit, please inform us within 2 days of delivery, and an eligible replacement will be sent at no additional cost after verification.


2. How to File a Return Request

To initiate a return or replacement, email info@oleafherbal.com with your order number.

  • Return requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery

  • For damaged or missing products, requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery

Each request will be reviewed by Oleaf. Upon approval:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partners

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be required to self-ship the product

Once received, the product will be inspected and a replacement or refund will be initiated. Replacement is subject to stock availability.


3. Acceptable Conditions for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered (wrong flavor, size, or item)

  • Expired, inauthentic, or defective product

  • Physically damaged or tampered product

  • Missing items or incorrect quantity


4. Non-Acceptable Conditions for Return / Replacement

Requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, altered, or tampered with

  • Original packaging, labels, or seals are missing

  • Serial number has been tampered with (if applicable)

  • Defects are reported after 10 days of delivery

  • Damaged or missing items are reported after 2 days of delivery

  • Damage occurred due to customer mishandling

  • The product was purchased under special promotions or non-returnable offers (as stated on the product page)


5. Evidence Requirements

For damaged or missing products, customers must provide clear images/videos of:

  • Outer packaging

  • Inner packaging

  • Shipping label

  • Product received

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the request.


6. Pickup & Self-Shipment Process

Reverse Pickup

Once approved, pickup details will be shared via email. Please ensure:

  • The product is unused and properly packed

  • All tags, accessories, and packing slips are included

  • The order number is mentioned on the package

Self-Shipment (If Reverse Pickup Is Unavailable)

Products should be shipped to:

  • Courier charges up to ₹100 will be reimbursed in the form of coupons

  • Courier receipt must be emailed to info@oleafherbal.com

  • Oleaf is not liable for damage or loss during self-shipment


7. Tracking Return Status

Each return request is assigned a ticket number, which is shared via email. Customers should use their registered email ID and phone number for further communication.


8. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements are initiated within 2 working days after the returned product is received and verified

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • COD refunds are made to a verified bank account

  • Processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or international regulations


9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.


10. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We deliver across most locations in India, subject to courier serviceability

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available only for bulk orders

  • Customers must comply with import laws and bear applicable customs duties and taxes

Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural calamities, weather conditions, political disruptions, government restrictions, or courier issues. Oleaf shall not be liable for delays or any indirect or consequential losses, including mental distress.

Customers may cancel delayed prepaid orders before delivery for a full refund.


11. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available only for domestic (India) orders with an order value of ₹499 or above, and only when payment is made through online payment modes

  • Orders below ₹499, Cash on Delivery orders, and international orders may attract shipping charges, which will be shown at checkout

  • Oleaf reserves the right to revise shipping charges or eligibility criteria at its discretion


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oleaf’s liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased. Oleaf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
